About Yoga Elements
We have been open since March of 2016, and we continually strive to create a studio that has a place for every level of experience and ability. Recognizing the needs of our clients, we also continue to expand our education with specialized training, such as Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Osteoporosis and Lymph Flow Yoga.
We offer a variety of yoga classes including vinyasa, alignment, yin, restorative, and specialty classes for prenatal and postnatal yoga. Our goal is to reach a large audience, especially those who have a desire to start and maintain a yoga practice for the tremendous benefits it provides.
We are proud of our caring, highly experienced staff and we are the only area studio with a state-of-the-art yoga wall, which is used in our classes to support the therapeutic and healing focus of our practice, and also provides an opportunity for a deeper practice!
Kathy Davis
Jivamukti Yoga 300-hour Certification (2007), Alignment Yoga (Santosh Yoga) 500-hour Certification (2015), Yoga Anatomy: Principles with Leslie Kaminoff (2013), Yoga4Cancer Certification (2016), Yoga for Osteoporosis Certification (2017)
After years of teaching and participating in a variety of fitness activities such as spinning, running, Body Pump, etc., Kathy discovered yoga and experienced a significant impact both physically and mentally. She began her training with Jivamukti Yoga in New York and then continued training in the Alignment tradition with Santosh Yoga. Kathy loves sharing this practice with others and watching people experience changes both in their bodies and in their lives, all while having fun and connecting with our community. Yoga is a practice for life!
